Abstract Management Panel

Only those participants who wish to present one or more papers at the Conference should send their proposals. Abstract submission and review process will be carried out exclusively through the Abstract Management Panel.

In the case of communications with several authors, the submission should be made only by the corresponding author. The system will automatically assign the different proposals to one or more members of the Scientific Committee for their evaluation.

You will be able to know at all time the status of the revision of your communications by accessing the Management Panel. Once the different communications have been evaluated through this peer review system, corresponding author will receive the review of the proposal through his/her e-mail address.

In order to facilitate the task of sending proposals, we have provided a brief guide for the use of the Management Panel.

Please note that the deadline for abstract submission is 25th September 2020. Once your proposal has been evaluated by the Scientific Committee, you will receive a notification of acceptance by by 5th October 2020.
